Born in Ciduad Juarez, Mexico, and raised in Los Angeles, Fernando Sanchez has exhibited and screened internationally, including LA, Berlin, NYC, Amsterdam, and Chicago. He holds a BA in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MFA from the department of Design and Media Arts at UCLA. He currently works and lives in Echo Park, CA but will be relocating to Berlin in 2009.
