Experience relational aesthetics and the aesthetics of Swiss culinary arts. Learn how to make traditional fondue and how to eat it with authentic Swiss chefs, the Hess Brothers from Zürich. Followed by discussion, lead by Robert Summers.



kate hers is not a chinese artist.

nic hess is a swiss born artist based in los angeles and zürich. He was educated in Architecture and studied fine arts at the Rietveld Academy in the Netherlands and HDK in Berlin.

swiss born joshua hess is a director of photography based in los angeles.

Robert Summers is a lecturer in art history and visual culture at OtisCollege of Art. He is a board member of Telic Arts Exchange and The Public School. He has published papers in art and academic magazines and journals, and has published essays in anthologies, such as "Vaginal Davis _Does_ Art History" in _Jonathan Harris's Dead History, Live Art_ (University ofChicago Press). He has also presented papersand has chaired panels both nationally and internationally -- the latest panel being "Intersectional Queer Visualities" at the annualAssociation of Art Historians (AAH) conference in the UK.
